One of our priorities is to have a central home in Monroe County to cover the East Tennessee region. Organizing and supporting visual fine arts programs for children and adults within the community with workshops, classes, a meeting room, a retail store, and an exhibition gallery to display arts from children, schools, artists, art organizations, patrons, and all residents to experience and appreciate the visual creative talents of the community.  Our long-term goals are to support schools, children, college students, and adults with art shows, arts, and craft festivals, artist-in-residence, artist studios space, library, conference room, and event center.  

The East Tennessee Arts Center provides Pop-Up Art Camps to all people living in East Tennessee, we provide all the equipment and supplies for every participant to enjoy drawing and painting. We have organized Pop-Up Art Camps in many counties in East Tennessee. We have provided visual art programs for seniors and several Boys & Girls Clubs

The ETAC Creativity Art Kits will be provided to children who have or are experiencing traumatic situations to relieve them of their situations. The art kits will be provided FREE of charge to area nonprofits who work with children who may have been displaced and are in temporary housing. These Creativity Art Kits contain all types of pencils, colored pencils, pencil sharpener, eraser, crayons, markers, ruler,  sketch book, stickers, and a variety of activity books, all contained in a lightweight backpack. Each Creativity Art Kit costs $15,00 each.
